Connell Extension Grants

The Munn Center for Nursing Research awarded 4 Connell Extension Grants in May 2015. This opportunity was available to Post Doctoral Connell Nursing Research Scholars who have completed a Connell Nursing Research fellowship. Funding is dedicated to support a CNRS’s further analysis or extension of an existing research project and related publication(s). The application for funding was competitive and peer reviewed.

Eligibility: Those Scholars who have completed a CNRS fellowship are eligible to apply. The proposal should focus on extending your prior CNRS research project (e.g. data analysis or publication).

Funding Amount: Funding up to $10,000 for project support (without cost-extension) was awarded to each recipient. Salary support for the Principal Investigator is not permissible. Funding can be used to study-related materials, specimen/data collection, study- staff salary (i.e. research assistant) and statistical support.
