Professional And Specialty Certification Recertification Examinations
Registered Nurses (RN) throughout the organization, are reimbursed for the cost of one active professional and specialty certification and re-certification offered by nationally recognized professional organizations. The MGH goal is to have all Registered Nurses certified.
Success Pays™ is available to all Registered Nurses throughout the MGH who are deemed eligible for reimbursement. Success Pays™ may only be used for certification exams that are not required for licensure.
Exam-based advanced certifications, widely used by many professional organizations, are among the most recognized tools for showing you have the expanded capabilities to excel. Employers are familiar with the exam-based certification process and value exam-based certifications for their objective measurement of skills and knowledge.
In 2021, HTCC will offer a hybrid approach to test delivery and candidates will have the option to either test at home or in a traditional test center environment.
