Abuse or Neglect of Children

• The Child Protection Team (CPT) is an interdisciplinary service which provides consultation to all staff regarding the assessment and management of cases of possible child maltreatment. The CPT is accessible for consultation 24 hours/day, 7 days/week by calling the page operator at 617-726-2241 and asking for beeper #32728.

• To make a report at any time, including after 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, please call the Child-At-Risk Hotline at 1-800-792-5200.

Abuse of a Person with a Disability

• The Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC) operates a 24-hour Hotline to which citizens of the Commonwealth can report incidents of suspected abuse involving adults with disabilities by dialing 1-800-426-9009V/TTY.
